I mentioned/promised bento pictures and here they are.

Now, if you are expecting some professional looking bentos, you expected wrong. My bentos are very simple and quickly done.

This is a 500 ml large bento and inside are: rice, cooked broccoli and turkey grind meat.
The turkey grind meat is quite good. I roast it on union and olive oil, then pack into patent back and put it into a freezer. It's practical when I need something beside vegetable and rice. I just take as much as I need it and it melts by the time for lunch, and even if it didn't, I use microwave at work, so...
The dessert are strawberries and pineapple. I eat mainly that for desert.

Note: If you are buying a bento, regarding the volume, there's a lot of volume charts on the internet and majority of it recommends 500 - 600 ml for women and 600 - 700 ml for men. And I recommend that while buying bento and accessories you are watchful if you can use is in a microwave and in dishwasher.

This bento volume is: the bottom compartment is 200 ml and the upper 250 ml. The contents of the upper bento is rice with layer of canned salmon and with pieces of mozzarella for pizza that melts in the microwave - so yummy. In the other one is a string beans and tofu. Very simple.

This is a 600 ml large bento. Both parts are 300 ml.
There is a plain rice with string beans and cream sauce with onions, powder garlic and parsley (You grill unions on olive oil, add cream, garlic and parsley and cook on a low fire. At the start you can also grill tuna or any kind of meat, or cheese, you can also replace cream with tomato extract or tomato sauce, ... there's so many variety of this sauce and it always comes out so good). The other container has edamame, tofu and pineapple.

The same kind of sauce as the above, except with added salmon, great as a sauce for pasta. The pasta is some whole-wheat thing (I'm avoiding white flour, remember?). There are also string bean and pineapple.

Rice with furitake and pieces of smoked salmon; beans, carrots and cauliflowers with cut out mozzarella for pizza, and, of course, pineapple.

Very simple, right? Will post more next time.

You eat a lot of veggies! :D That's good~ Healthy diets are the best. :D

I tried to eat a lot of vegetable.

And I'm avoiding white flour and milk because of my alimentary plan. I told about it some half a year ago. You know, the one that has something to do with blood type.

Oh yeah, now I remember that blood type thing you posted. Ha ha, I haven't been keeping to it. I think I'm not supposed to be eating red meat, but I can't make myself stop. ^_^;;

Well, I haven't eat lot of red meat to begin with, so that's no problem for me, but I'm also try to avoid eating white flour and mild products - have lost 5 kg since then because of it. Not bad.

Really? Wow... I'd love to lose some weight, but hahaha... I don't think I'd survive for long without red meat. ^_^;; I'm a carnivore. *rawr*

And just avoiding them, not completely crossing them from my list.So you see, you can still be a carnivore, just not such a 'big' one. xD

Hahaha... the very idea puts me off. XDD I don't think I eat a lot of red meat actually, but to cut down on it makes me feel really blah. ^_^;;

Psssht, look at you having healthy desserts. I'd be trying to fit whole cookies into my bento. >>; Or make mini-cookie stars and moons.

Plain, raw tofu? How's the texture on that? o_o

So healthy~. But sometimes healthy can make you hungry, and I get pretty hungry lookin' at your stuff. You have achieved healthy goodness. But now you still need to kick it up a notch and throw some purple/blue in there so you can achieve ~r~a~i~n~b~o~w~ healthy goodness. xD

In some of the bentos I had also shoved in some small chocolate - so not all of my desserts are healthy. :)

And plain, raw tofu is okay, if you use salt on it, that is.

Rainbow sounds like fun, but I'm not a fan of colored food/food dye, but you never know.

..."small" being the operative word there. I mean, opening up a bento and having it be like a roll of neatly lined-up cookies with carrot thrown somewhere or, like, a cupcake with piled-high icing surrounded by rice. (I know I'm not quite getting the concept of how small bentos are, but stfu... >>;) xD

I'll have to try tofu one day. >>;

There are blue/purple foods. They're rare, but...they exist. There's berries, grapes (well, they're kind of more red than purple), potatoes but you're trying to keep away from those right now, right?, so they're out. Man. Nature doesn't like blue much. : /

You could have one bento for sweets only. xD

Yes, you are right, and I like berries. Berries would be good.
Nope, it's seems that nature doesn't like blue too much.
