Umm, I just had one little note on the grammar side. I'd just like to point out that contractions are your friends. Nothing chops up dialog worse than hearing
“I don’t know anything about baking, so you are probably right.”
You could change the "you are" to "you're" and make the sentence run more smoothly and make it sound as if someone could've actually said it. Aside from that itsy-bitsy problem, everything but some spelling spots look really good. Keep up the good work!
